Dr. Reda Othman is a leadership consultant and performance strategist who helps leaders understand their strengths, value the strengths of others, and stretch into new capabilities—all while aligning human insights with organizational innovation.
As co-author of Be. Lead. Innovate: The Leadership Framework to Build Capacity and Measure What Truly Matters, and with certifications as both an MBTI® Master Practitioner and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Dr. Othman bridges personality insights, talent development tools, and systems thinking to improve communication, engagement, and performance.
He is the host of Othman’s Leadership Podcast, where he engages leaders across education, business, and non-profit sectors on identity, execution, and innovation.
He has partnered with school districts, associations, and organizations to design diagnostics, deliver leadership development, and build sustainable systems of growth. His work has included launching multi-year leadership initiatives, creating learning modules that turn knowledge into skills, and guiding teams to achieve measurable impact through systems thinking, design thinking, and knowledge management.
Beyond consulting, Dr. Othman is the host of Othman’s Leadership Podcast, where he engages leaders from education, business, and non-profit sectors in conversations about identity, execution, and innovation.
